Powder mixer-screw feeder- twin screw extruder- core injection machine -cutting machine -elevator- multi-layer oven -seasoning line -packaging machine
Equipment component of Taiwan sandwich rice cake production line:
1. Powder mixer: after mixing the raw materials, add a certain amount of water and mix well.
2. Feeding machine: motor screw conveying is adopted to convey the mixed raw materials to the feed hopper of extruder, so as to ensure convenient and fast feeding.
3. Extruder: select different models of SLG expander according to different production lines, the output can be between 100 kg / h and 300 kg / h, and the raw materials can be corn flour, rice flour, flour, cereal flour, etc.
4. Core injection machine: when the extruder produces hollow tube, the core material is injected instantly, such as peanut butter, chocolate butter, syrup, etc. It's injectable.
5. Shaping and cutting machine: cut the rice fruit with core material, and the size of the rice fruit can be adjusted from 2 cm to 20 cm.
6. Elevator: transfer the rice fruit to the oven.
7. Multi layer oven: the oven is mostly electric oven, and the temperature is adjusted at 0-200 ℃ by the control cabinet. Stainless steel double-layer mesh bag is used inside, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. The main material and core material can penetrate to a certain extent through baking, increase taste, reduce material moisture and increase shelf life.
8. Seasoning line: octagonal tube, cylinder, lifting single tube, double tube seasoning line, oil spray, sugar spray, coating equipment are configured according to the output and product performance.
9. Automatic packing machine:filling and packing the rice cake into bags automaticly.
